When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. In some cases, however, it ends up in "junk mail" or "spam", so always check it. If the confirmation still has not arrived after 15 minutes and it is not in your unwanted e-mail or spam, please contact our customer service.
Sometimes it can happen that the item you ordered is no longer available. This may be because you had just obtained the last item at the same time as someone else, or if the product you ordered is not in a suitable condition to be shipped. A great pity of course! If this happens, we will notify you by email and ensure that the amount is back on your account in no time!
At the time of placing your order and our confirmation of your order, you can adjust, change or cancel the order by contacting us at info@storesblock.com. After receiving our confirmation of your order, it is unfortunately not possible to adjust, change or cancel the order.
All prices shown on Storesblock.com are VAT-inclusive. Storesblock.com charges VAT based upon the tax laws in the Netherlands. Non-food and shipping charges are subject to 21% VAT and food are subject to 9% VAT.
Storesblock.com accepts different payment methods, you can choose the method you like. You can pay directly with Apple Pay, Bancontact, Credit card, Google Pay, iDeal or PayPal.
When our team has confirmed receipt of the returned item(s) and has verified it’s in original, unused condition, you will receive an email as soon as possible, though no later than within 14 days.
We do not charge transaction costs for any payment method. We want you to choose the payment method that you find most comfortable.
Sometimes it takes a little longer for a payment to come through. Check your bank account to see if money has been debited. If money has been debited, but you have not received an order confirmation, please contact us via info@storesblock.com and we will help you further! Has no money been debited? Then you can try to place your order again. Is it not working again? Please check if there is a problem with your bank.
Unfortunately. We do not have any physical stores at the moment now, so pick-up is not possible.
We want to make sure your order is shipped to you as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 business days when all items ordered are in stock. If an item is not in stock or cannot be delivered immediately in the ordered quantity, we will ensure that your order is shipped within a maximum of 10 working days.
