Shipping | Europe
We want to ensure you that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 working days if all ordered items are in stock. However, we will always have to depend on the delivery time of our goods concerning postal services within and outside the Netherlands.
If an item is not in stock or cannot be delivered immediately in the ordered quantity, we make sure that your order is shipped within a maximum of 10 working days. Delivery outside The Netherlands and within Europe will take 2 to 14 business days depending on country codes and international shipping legislations. If there is a longer delay, we will let you know by e-mail. When completing your order you can choose from the available shipping methods. You will also immediately see the shipping costs.
Orders that include both in stock and backordered items, will be held and shipped once all items are ready to ship.
It is important that you provide the correct delivery address with your order. If the address is incorrect, we cannot ensure that your order is delivered. Actual resend costs are for your own account.
► Shipping fees are subject to change without notice. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the size and bulk of the order. Storesblock.com will always contact customers before any such charge is added.
► Currently we do not ship to the United Kingdom, but it will be possible in the near future. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when it wil be possible again!
Adjust or change your order
As soon as you have placed your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation of your order and your order will be sent directly to our warehouse for packing. If the order has been paid and all items are in stock, our warehouse system ensures that your order is processed. Between the moment of placing your order and our confirmation of your order, you can adjust, change or cancel the order by contacting us via email@example.com. After receiving our confirmation of your order it is unfortunately not possible to adjust, change or cancel the order.
As soon as your order is on it's way to you, you will receive an automated email from firstname.lastname@example.org, which will include a tracking link. Sometimes this link may take up to 24 hours post-shipment to be accurate and active. This because the tracking link won't reflect data until the package is picked up and scanned.
We work hard to lower our shipping costs and we also pay a part of the shipping costs.
