We want to make sure your order is shipped as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days when all ordered items are in stock.
What does this mean for you?
► Processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays, product launches, restocks or promotions.
► If we expect any issue with fulfilling your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 1–3 working days if all ordered items are in stock. However, delivery times also depend on postal services and shipping carriers within and outside the Netherlands.
If an item is not in stock or cannot be delivered immediately in the ordered quantity, we will make sure your order is shipped within a maximum of 10 working days. Delivery outside the Netherlands and within Europe usually takes 2 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country, local postal services and international shipping regulations.
If there is a longer delay, we will inform you by email. During checkout, you can choose from the available shipping methods and view the shipping costs before completing your order.
Please note:
► Orders that include both in-stock and backordered items will be held and shipped once all items are ready to ship.
► Please make sure your delivery address is correct. If the address is incorrect, we cannot guarantee successful delivery.
► Any actual resend costs due to an incorrect address are the customer’s responsibility.
► Shipping fees are subject to change without notice. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the size, weight or bulk of the order. Storesblock.com will always contact customers before any such charge is added.
After placing your order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation. Your order will then be sent directly to our warehouse for processing and packing.
If your order has been paid and all items are in stock, our warehouse system will begin processing it as quickly as possible.
If you would like to adjust, change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at

Once your order has been confirmed and processed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to adjust, change or cancel it.
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an automated email from info@storesblock.com with a tracking link.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours after shipment to become accurate and active. This is because the tracking link may not show updates until the package has been picked up and scanned by the carrier.
Shipping rates are shown during checkout and are based on your delivery country, selected shipping method and order details.
