We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:

► You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs.

► The product will be returned in sound packaging with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

► It must be unworn/unused and free from perfume and/or cigarette odors, hairs, scents of pets, and other traces for a full refund (shipping charges for sending back excluded).

► If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.

► Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7 euro per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

► Products that are sealed cannot be returned after opening for hygienic reasons. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned.

► Our food and drinks have a limited shelf life and can therefore not be returned. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.

In order to begin the return or exchange process, you must send an email to info@storesblock.com with your order number and stating the reason for the return (optional). Once this information is received, you will be sent a return authorization number and a return shipping address.

When our team has confirmed receipt of the returned item(s) and has verified it’s in original, unused condition, you will receive an e-mail as soon as possible, though no later than within 14 days. The assessment of the fact whether the goods are unused and in perfect state lies entirely with us.

We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of you.
