Returns & exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return, subject to the conditions below.

Return conditions

► You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a refund for the full order amount, including the original shipping costs.

► The product must be returned in proper protective packaging, with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

► The item must be unworn, unused and free from perfume, cigarette odors, hairs, pet scents or any other traces of use in order to qualify for a full refund. Return shipping costs are excluded.

► If you return an item that was purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the proportionally discounted price paid for that item, not the original full price.

► Return shipping costs from your address to our webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7 per package. Please check your carrier’s website for the exact rates.

► Sealed products cannot be returned once opened for hygienic reasons. If the seal has been broken, the order is final and cannot be returned.

► Food and drinks have a limited shelf life and can therefore not be returned. The right of withdrawal does not apply to these products. The sale is final after successful payment.

How to start a return

To begin the return or exchange process, please send an email to info@storesblock.com with your order number and, optionally, the reason for your return.

Once we have received your request, we will send you a return authorization number and the return shipping address.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we have received your return request. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned item(s), or until you have provided proof of return shipment.

The assessment of whether the returned goods are unused and in perfect condition lies entirely with us.

Please note: We strongly recommend returning your item(s) using registered or traceable postal services, as return parcels remain your responsibility until they have been received by us.
